Initial Deep Clean

If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 90 days, we will perform an initial deep clean to bring your home up to routine cleaning condition!

After the initial deep clean, you create your perfect schedule with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings that will maintain that same level of perfection in your space.

FAQs
What are your rates?
After we create a gameplan for your home that fits both your cleaning needs and budget, the fun can begin! All Flowers charges by the hour as to not create any confusion with pricing. We have a general cleaning rate, a deep cleaning rate and also offer different add-on services that are charged by a flat rate or by the hour depending on the service. These prices are subject to change and are available to view on our booking form.
What if I'm sick?
To keep all parties safe, we enforce a two-way sick policy. If either your cleaner is sick, AND/OR we can't cover your cleaning, OR the customer is sick, we will reschedule the cleaning for another time. We don't want to bring germs into your home and we politely ask that you don't expose your cleaners to them either.
Do I need to clean before you come?
The short answer is no, there is absolutely no pressure to do anything before we come. The more you have picked up and the less clutter we have to clean up/work around the more we can focus on making those surfaces sparkle!
Are you pet friendly?
Pet friendly is an understatement! We LOVE pets! If you have a pet that needs to be let out or fed while we are at your home, we would love to help. We ask that customers please secure any pets that may be dangerous.
How do you take payment?
All Flowers will accept payment in the following forms:
Cash
Credit/Debit Card
Check (made payable to All Flowers)
Venmo
Zelle
CashApp
Apple Pay

You may leave cash/check on your counter or you can simply pay through a link on the final invoice sent to you once cleaning is completed.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The deposit will
go towards the final invoice when cleaning is completed. In the event that the appointment is
cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will no longer be applied
towards your booking. Minimum 2 hour booking is required.

Please note: It's very difficult for us to fill spots last second! In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice of a recurring cleaning, 50% of the expected total will be billed. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
We have no preference if you want to stay home while we're cleaning or if you schedule us during your workday. All Flowers prides itself on being fully licensed and only sending insured, professionally trained employees into your home. We want to make this experience as easy as possible for you and want to avoid you having to come home to let your cleaners in. We will protect and keep private all gate codes, access codes, key cuts, hidden key information and all other safety sensitive items involving access to your home or business.
Do you have a weapon policy?
We kindly ask that before your cleaners arrive, you stow and secure your firearms/weapons. Your cleaners will not move these for you and will clean around them if left out.
Do I need to provide any products or equipment?
All Flowers will provide cleaning products and equipment to be used. We sanitize our vacuums between each home but if you prefer, we can use your vacuum. The only item we ask that you provide is a toilet bowl brush… we’d rather not share those!
What are your service limitations?
All Flowers is dedicated to providing its customers with the best cleaning service available. Although we wish to fulfill all of our customer's needs, there are certain things we won't do to protect our employees. These include but are not limited to:
Human/animal waste removal
Mold/mildew removal
Moving of heavy or awkward pieces of furniture
Any type of biohazard
Climbing to unsafe places
Anything deemed to be unsafe or dangerous
